Wire sculpture artist, Luke Eldridge, native of Lexington, Kentucky, is currently represented by Artique Jewelry and Gift Gallery, Lexington, Kentucky, and Cafe Tu Tu Tango, Atlanta, Georgia. His works include angels, fairies, and animals... done in various sizes and colors... his most popular works are of the angels and fairies... he also recently completed a wire sculpture chess set... he accepts commissions from patrons... and enjoys sculpturing their requests. Luke carries his materials in a black and metal box and can be seen in Atlanta pubs working and enjoying the company of fellow pub patrons. He divides his time traveling up and down the east coast. Frequently staying between Kentucky and Georgia, his work takes him occasionally to New York and as far south as Key West, Florida.

You know what's funny? That bio is over four years old. I've played more than a hundred games on the chess set mentioned in it. I just can't seem to get rid of that outdated, old bio. I was 24 at the time it was written by my mom, and she was so proud I had gotten into another gallery. She insisted that she write the bio for the place where my sculptures were to go. And did a right good job if I do say so myself! I mean, it is informative, concise, and filled with a sense of energy about the artist. I know, it's kinda hokey to have a bio that was written by your mom on your website, but it brings a smile to my face to think of her writing it. She passed away three years ago last January and I still miss her everyday. And I believe that's the main reason why I can't part with that particular bio; it just seems right to keep it.
